"OPALS" are hand-dyed in Australia using a 50% silk, 50% wool yarn.
30 variegated shades are available in 25m twists.
This range compliments stranded silk "AZTECS" and perle silk "JEWELS" , making it easy to blend the three ranges.
Each of the 10 "OPALS" families has been inspired by an Australian Gemstone. Each family has a light (LT), medium (MD) and dark (DK) shade available.
The "OPALS" are Agate, Amethyst, Emerald, Garnet, Jade, Jasper, Ruby, Sapphire, Topaz and Turquoise.
This range has been discontinued,
